Tuition & Fee Details

CCS divides tuition payments over 12 months to make them as manageable as possible for our families. We are upfront about our curriculum and activity fees and tuition is inclusive, so you won’t be surprised with any unexpected costs.

We aim to be clear and transparent about the total cost of attending CCS, so that you can be confident about the investment into your child’s education. That’s also why we’ve developed a support tool to assist you in your search for a school. Whether it is Christ Community School or another Christian education provider, we want to empower you to make the best decision possible for your child.

2012-2013 Tuition and Fee Schedule

Option #1 - Pre-Paid Tuition paid in full by May 1st

Option #2 - Monthly Tuition (12 months) May 2012-April 2013

A sibling discount of 10% for the second child will be offered and a 5% discount for the third or more child will be offered.

(12 monthly payments – Payable through FACTS Management. FACTS Management will charge a $25.00 fee for NSF charges.)

Application Fee for New Students – 
An application fee of $200 (per student) must accompany each application. This fee includes any testing that may be required for readiness assessment.

Re-Enrollment Fee –
The fee for current students to re-enroll is $100 for the first child and $75 for each additional child if paid by the deadline of January 12, 2012. The fee increases to $200 for the first child and $200 for any additional child if paid after January 12, 2012.

Curriculum Fee – 
Curriculum fees are due March 9, 2012. If enrolling after March 9, 2012, curriculum fees are due upon acceptance.

Kindergarten – 6th Grade       
$350/student

Activity Fee – 
An Activity Fee of $150 will be assessed per student which covers the cost of chapel shirt, spirit shirt, yearbook, and field trip costs. Please note that this does not include the 4th -6th grade field trip to Forest Glen. The Activity Fee will be payable the first week of school.

Family Referral Discount

CCS will offer a $500 tuition discount to any family who refers a new family, regardless of number of children, to CCS by September 30, 2012.
