Outlook keeps asking for a password when I try to check my email

Problem: You start Microsoft Outlook on your school computer and a dialog box like this appears asking for a username and password.

The problem is that Outlook has the wrong password stored for your email account. To remedy this problem simply type in your email password in the password field.

You may say to yourself, "I know the password to check my email at home using the Horde Webmail system but don't know my password for Outlook."

Well, actually they are the same exact password. Simply enter the password that you use at home to check your email using Horde. Be sure to check the box "Save this password in your password list" if you don't want to type the password every time you check your email.

If you do not know your email password, contact your system administrator for a new password.
