Research shows that students learn a secondary language faster when they are immersed in it and have to practice through conversation. For this reason, the CCS Spanish program is a full-immersion program for grades 1 through 6 with a focus on conversational usage. Some English is used with students in Pre-K 4-year-old and Kindergarten classes as necessary to promote learning.
